Job summary

Cobalt Equipment is seeking an IT Support Supervisor to build and maintain the network, Wi-Fi, and security systems at our new Haskell, TX workforce housing community. This role requires hands-on problem solving and the ability to stand up site tech from scratch.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, experience with network, Wi-Fi, VSS and access control systems, and can reliably work 12-hour shifts. On-site housing and meals are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience with network, Wi-Fi, and VSS/access control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the on-site network, Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for site staff.
• Support and maintain VSS and access control systems.
• Coordinate with corporate IT on system-wide issues.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the on‑site network, Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), and Wi‑Fi infrastructure
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for site staff

• Coordinate with corporate IT on system‑wide issues

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working 12‑hour shifts
