Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management.
• 3+ years’ experience in HVAC / BAS Controls and project management.
• Experience leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating project status to stakeholders.
• Review contract documents to identify risk and mitigate it.
• Manage all project finances: cash flow, forecasts, cost at completion, and cost reconciliation.
