Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a hands-on Senior Human Resources Manager to support plant operations and partner with leadership on the shop floor. You will drive employee relations, workforce performance, and a strong, accountable culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will be on the plant floor daily, assist with hourly and salaried staff, address ER issues, support recruiting and onboarding, ensure policy compliance, and help improve HR processes and metrics such as turnover and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing/plant environments.
• Experience supporting hourly workforces; union experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities
