Job summary

TT Electronics is seeking an on-site HSE Technician to support Health, Safety and Environmental programs across the facility, coordinating with the HSE Manager to promote a proactive safety culture on the production floor.

The role requires knowledge of OSHA, ITAR awareness, and the ability to identify hazards, conduct inspections, and assist with training and incident investigations. Applicants must be U.S. persons per ITAR regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSE, manufacturing or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct routine HSE inspections and safety walks.
• Assist with JHAs, risk assessments, and safe work practices.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Recommend safety and environmental improvements.
• Assist with HSE training and employee engagement.
• Support environmental programs including waste, chemical, and spill management.
• Maintain HSE records and documentation.
• Support regulatory, corporate, and internal HSE audits and inspections.
