Job summary

TT Electronics in Ohio is seeking an on-site HSE Technician to support implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Environmental programs. You will work with the HSE Manager to ensure regulatory compliance, perform inspections, and promote a proactive safety culture.

Applicants must be a U.S. person per ITAR. The role emphasizes engagement on the production floor, training support, and collaboration across teams to identify hazards and drive safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in safety/environmental field required or preferred.
• 1–3 years HSE/manufacturing experience preferred.
• OSHA knowledge and safety regulations familiarity.
• ISO 14001/45001 familiarity a plus.
• OSHA 10/30 and first aid certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and improvement opportunities on the floor.
• Perform routine HSE inspections and safety walks.
• Assist with JHAs, risk assessments, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Assist environmental programs including waste and chemical safety.
• Maintain HSE records and documentation.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.
