Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an HSE Manager I for on-site leadership across Hillsboro and field projects. This mid-level safety professional will develop site safety plans, investigate incidents, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with field leadership and subcontractors.

The role requires a 4-year degree with 4 years of experience plus CHST or 7 years of relevant experience with CHST. Up to 25% travel may be involved on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazardous conditions and document corrective actions.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Deliver safety training and lead incident investigations.
• Coordinate with field leadership and subcontractors on safety compliance.
• Review permits, MOPs, and Job Steps; ensure NFPA 70E compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior safety staff and support emergency planning.
