The ideal candidate brings EHS experience, OSHA/EPA training, and the ability to lead investigations and corrective actions across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; more than 3 years of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) experience required or considered in place of a degree.
• Experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) responsibilities and programs.
• Completed EHS training in OSHA, EPA, and related standards.
• Experience applying safety and environmental technical standards in manufacturing.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Help lead the plant toward zero accidents and incidents.
• Coordinate and oversee implementation of Health and Safety programs and processes.
• Provide HSE expertise for new projects and change activities.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis to close non-conformances.
• Maintain an incident reporting system and drive corrective actions with the HSE team.
• Develop technical guidance to identify and remove hazards.
