Job summary

IT Resource Hunter in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking an HSE Lead to drive safety and environmental performance onsite. You will assist in leading the plant's HSE initiatives to achieve zero accidents and incidents, coordinate programs, and oversee documentation and change activities.

You should have strong manufacturing HSE experience, be prepared to participate in investigations, and provide technical guidance. OSHA, EPA, and DNREC training is preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing HSE experience preferred.
• Lead investigations and close non-conformances.
• Maintain incident reporting and corrective actions.
• OSHA, EPA, DNREC training required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with environmental health and safety standards.
• Equivalent experience with 3+ years in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances
• Provide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change activities
• Follow up on non-conformances to resolve them based on root cause analysis
• Maintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents and drive corrective actions
• Develop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards
• Experience in Environmental Health and Safety
• Must have completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNREC
• Experience in safety, and/or environmental technical standards

Job Details

• Coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes
• Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances
• Provide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change activities
• Follow up on non-conformances to resolve them based on root cause analysis
• Maintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrence
• Develop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards
• Experience in Environmental Health and Safety
• Must have completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNREC
• Experience in safety, and/or environmental technical standards

Education / Certifications

• HS Diploma Required / Degree qualifications in OHS/Claims & Injury Management, Workplace Ergonomics, Rehabilitation or related discipline strongly preferred.
• Equivalent experience considered with more than 3 years.
