Job summary

Intermedia Group Inc. is seeking an HSE Lead for a manufacturing plant in Twin Falls, Idaho. This onsite role focuses on driving health, safety and environmental initiatives and improving plant-wide HSE performance.

The ideal candidate has an HSE background with 3+ years of experience, ISO/regulatory awareness, and strong leadership. Relocation support and a on-site, Monday–Friday schedule are noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or degree in OHS/Claims & Injury Management or related field; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in Environmental Health and Safety.
• Completed EHS training (OSHA, EPA, DNREC).
• Knowledge of ISO regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist and lead cultural transformation to achieve zero accidents.
• Coordinate and oversee implementation of all Health & Safety programs.
• Participate in investigations to close identified non-conformances.
• Provide HSE expertise for new projects and change management activities.
• Follow up on non-conformances and root cause actions.
• Maintain incident reporting system and drive corrective actions to eliminate root causes.
• Develop guidance to identify and remove hazards.
