Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced HRSG Erection Supervisor to oversee the installation and assembly of HRSG equipment on a power generation project in Lexington, Texas. You will provide technical supervision on-site, monitor activities, and ensure alignment with drawings, specs, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising erection, ensuring safety, coordinating with EPC contractors, reviewing documentation, conducting quality inspections, and supporting commissioning

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Extensive experience in power plant construction, boiler systems, or HRSG installation
• Strong knowledge of erection, steel structures, piping, and quality control
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs
• Experience with inspections, testing, commissioning prep, quality audits
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and quality management
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction documentation management

Responsibilities

• Supervise HRSG erection and installation on site
• Ensure activities comply with drawings, specifications, and QC plans
• Monitor contractors for quality and safety
• Verify finish, corrosion protection, and cleanliness
• Review construction docs, red-mark drawings, and site records
• Participate in inspections, tests, and acceptance activities
• Identify issues and provide corrective actions
• Provide technical guidance to customer and contractors
• Support commissioning readiness and handover
