Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in core HR functions: employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
• Proven ability to lead HR initiatives and collaborate with management and frontline teams.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial HR environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR and Organizational Development strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires.
• Lead compliance efforts and ensure fair, consistent HR practices.
• Coach management on HR issues and investigations.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and succession planning.
