Job summary

ReliaRide Medical Transportation is seeking a highly organized Human Resources Manager for an on-site role in Canton, OH. This role focuses on employee relations, credentialing compliance, performance management, and HR administration to support Delta V Management and affiliated entities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 3–5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with strong ER, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations.
• Deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures, regulations, and law.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, policy adherence, and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and records.
• Maintain personnel records and confidentiality.
• Support investigations and conflict resolution.
• Administer performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with I-9 and other requirements.
• Educate managers on HR policies and expectations.
• Maintain HR software proficiency.
• Credentialing for direct/non-direct staff.
