Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with focus on employee relations, onboarding, performance management and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and performance matters with discretion and confidentiality.
• Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, and employment documentation.
• Support compliance, policy implementation, and handbook communications.
• Assist with disciplinary processes and performance improvement plans.
• Maintain confidential HR records and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
