Healthy Kids Programs is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee engagement, benefits administration, HR operations, and employee relations at our Fishkill, NY corporate office. This on-site role requires a proactive, organized individual with at least 1 year of HR experience.

You will manage Paylocity HRIS data, assist with benefits, and lead training and presentations using Teams and Canva, while partnering with managers to foster a positive culture and compliant practices.

Qualificações

• 1 year HR experience; generalist background preferred.
• Associate degree in HR or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office 365 skills and quick system learner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting trainings.
• Experience creating presentations with Canva/PowerPoint or quick learner.
• Organized, detail-oriented, with discretion on confidential information.
• Independent worker who collaborates with teams and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update employee data in Paylocity daily, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with benefits administration and general HR questions.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and surveys; maintain community page in Paylocity.
• Support retention initiatives and internal communications to promote connection and culture.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Conduct orientations, benefits presentations, and HR trainings via Teams; create engaging materials with Canva/Office.
