Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least one year of experience in a relevant HR role.
• Highly detail-oriented with accurate HR records and compliance tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding compliance including background checks and fingerprinting.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR processes, policies, and documentation.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure payroll-related onboarding data is up-to-date.
• Support compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Assist managers with HR questions and maintain a compliant workplace environment.
