The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of HR experience, plus knowledge of HR laws and data integrity. Travel ~25% may be required, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience with exposure to policies and compliance.
• Knowledge of HR laws and procedures; strong communication and detail orientation.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data integrity practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full new hire lifecycle from screening to orientation and compliance training.
• Assist talent acquisition efforts and partner with management on employee relations.
• Manage HR systems to ensure data integrity, process transactions, and conduct audits.
• Deliver data-driven insights to measure HR functions and outcomes.
• Interpret policies and provide HR services while balancing Brady guidelines.
• Support leave of absence and workers' comp processes in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee fleet management, safety administration, and compensation analysis as needed.
• Handle third-party inquiries and assist with special projects.
