Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking a Director of Human Resources (Strategy & Operations) for its Lexington, KY site. The role is on-site and will partner with the GM and Site Leadership Team to shape workforce and people strategy, drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives, and support growth through hiring, onboarding, and retention.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, life sciences, pharma, CDMO, or related environments,

Qualifications

Ideal candidate background includes 10+ years of HR experience within manufacturing, life sciences, pharma, CDMO, or a related environment.
Strong background in HR operations and employee relations.
Experience building talent development and succession planning programs.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate as a strategic HR partner.
Track record supporting organizational growth, change, and workforce scaling.
Comfortable balancing executive-level strategy with hands-on HR leadership.

Responsibilities

Leading the site HR function for a rapidly growing contract manufacturing operation
Partnering with the GM and Site Leadership Team on workforce and people strategy
Driving talent development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
Supporting site growth through workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and retention
Leading HR operations, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
Developing and coaching a high-performing HR team
