Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort on site in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Lead the housekeeping team to ensure rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces meet safety and cleanliness standards.

You will hire, train, inspect, assign tasks, and coordinate supplies while responding to guest requests to uphold high guest satisfaction. This role requires physical stamina and strong communication to manage diverse staff.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, provide training and performance feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back of house for cleanliness and safety.
• Assign tasks and manage supplies to control costs.
• Respond to guest requests and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Maintain Lost and Found records and respond to inquiries.
• Implement emergency procedures to protect guests and staff.
• Attend and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
