CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Housekeeping Lead/Manager for on-site operations with office time. The role oversees day-to-day cleaning staff, schedules, and ensures work meets contract specifications.

Responsibilities include staff training, safety compliance, inventory management, and performance inspections. The position may involve hands-on work and occasional travel between locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed.
• Establishes schedule and plan daily work assignments.
• Manages customer housekeeping problems; investigate complaints about cleaning service.
• Inspects and approves staff work performance.
• Ensures cleaning is done to contract specifications.
• Manages & orders inventories of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Maintains department budget and manages cleaning expenses and produces reports.
• Provides training and coaching to both current and new employees and manages hours.
• Arranges maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment.
• Performs necessary administration and paperwork.
• Produces official order forms for equipment, uniform, and materials.
• Keeps up with developments in cleaning equipment and materials.
• As a Housekeeping Manager, works toward continual improvement of the organization.
