Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience in payroll processing.
• Familiarity with payroll processes from start to finish.
• Experience with payroll systems; PayCom preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and ensure accuracy for multiple locations.
• Maintain compliance with payroll policies and deadlines.
• Protect payroll data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR and restaurant management to verify new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Prepare tax payments and wage garnishments as required.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management.
• Prepare monthly sales/use tax returns and manage records.
