Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to support WM Healthcare Solutions (WMHS) programs such as Sharps Management, Pharmaceutical Waste and Document Management at healthcare facilities in Illinois. The role requires on-site presence and adherence to immunization and safety protocols.

You will travel between facilities, service schedules, and interact with on-site staff to ensure high-quality waste exchange and collection services, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations and immunization requirements.
• 2 years in a customer service role or equivalent experience with strong communication.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to meet service expectations.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined scheduled.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
