• 3+ years of proven experience in community association management.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with property management and accounting software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends for board meetings and events.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the corporate records of the Association and minutes in compliance with AZ Statutes.
• Interact with homeowners and vendors to promote high-quality customer service.
• Inspect the community for infractions and issue notices as needed.
• Ensure contractors meet contract terms and provide updates to the board.
• Directly hire, manage, and supervise on-site staff and vendors.
• Prepare bid specs, solicit bids, and approve projects.
• Plan and attend community events; assist with budgeting and policies.
• Communicate with the Board, committees, and homeowners, and educate on legislation.
• Prepare monthly management and financial reports for the Board.
