Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY USA INC is seeking a Project Manager for our Service Business in Mount Pleasant, PA. You will own high voltage service orders from start to finish, coordinating teams, managing schedules, and keeping customers informed throughout the project lifecycle.

You will be the central point of contact, ensuring documentation accuracy and stakeholder alignment, with on-site presence required at the Mt. Pleasant facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5+ years in project order management or related field.
• Or Bachelor's degree in business or engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP for order management and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with production planning is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required by project needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of high voltage service orders.
• Collaborate with commercial operations and field teams to align project details and schedules.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and update milestones in enterprise systems.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving inquiries.
• Oversee backlog management, ensuring accurate planning and reporting of delivery and revenue.
• Support administrative tasks for project orders and turnkey projects.
• Share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in project execution.
• Analyze project data and report on progress using Excel and Power BI.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
