Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Mt. Pleasant, PA is seeking a Project Manager to own high voltage service orders from start to finish, coordinating teams, schedules, and customer communications. This on-site role requires presence at the Mt. Pleasant facility.

You will manage documentation, timelines, and stakeholder alignment while leveraging SAP for order management and Excel/Power BI for data analysis. Travel may be required to support project needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project order management, customer support, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP for order management and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with production planning is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required by project needs.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager with Hitachi Energy’s Service Business, you’ll take ownership of high voltage service orders from start to finish — coordinating teams, managing schedules, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. You’ll be the central point of contact who keeps projects on track, documentation accurate, and stakeholders aligned.
