Job summary

WW Clyde in Minidoka County, Idaho, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Oiler / Fuel & Lube Truck Driver to fuel, grease, and service heavy equipment on the project. You will run the fuel and lube truck across the site, perform preventive maintenance, and help keep machines running in all weather.

The position reports to the Shop Foreman or Field Mechanic and requires a valid CDL with HazMat, ability to pass DOT physical, and willingness to work early hours, overtime, and outdoors.

Qualifications

• Must hold CDL with HazMat endorsement.
• Must be 21+ and maintain insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and FMCSA drug/alcohol testing.
• Experience fueling, greasing, and servicing heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of lubricants and selecting correct products.
• Ability to read and follow service schedules.
• Keep accurate fuel and service records.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work hours required.
• Ability to work outdoors in Idaho winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Fuel all project equipment, including dozers, excavators, scrapers, loaders, and more.
• Grease and lubricate per specs and schedule.
• Check and maintain fluid levels (oil, hydraulic, coolant, transmission, DEF).
• Perform preventive maintenance: oil changes, filter changes, etc.
• Operate and maintain the fuel and lube truck; pre/post trip inspections.
• Inspect for leaks, wear, and failures; report findings promptly.
• Keep records of fuel dispensed and services performed.
• Assist mechanics with repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
• Handle and dispose of fuels/fluids per regulations; contain spills.
• Maintain clean, organized service area and secure storage.
• Follow safety policies; participate in daily safety talks.
• Work extended hours, early mornings, evenings, occasional weekends.
