Wieland North America, Inc. is hiring a Heavy End Rolling Production Coordinator in East Alton, IL, to provide leadership in the Heavy End Rolling Department. You will report to the Operations Manager and help meet safety, quality and productivity targets on-site.

The role requires guiding the team, managing inventory and tooling, and coordinating maintenance activities. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 8+ years in manufacturing leadership are expected.

• Strong ability to lead safety initiatives and drive culture.
