Job summary

WorldClinic, Inc., in partnership with JobSiteCare, seeks a Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) to support the safety and health of jobsite workers. You’ll provide on-site medical support, initiate injury prevention programs, coordinate with clinical teams, and document care in the EHR, enabling rapid response and effective care.

The role requires 3–4 years in emergency or occupational medicine, current BLS/CPR/First Aid, EMT preferred, and a valid driver’s license for field

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS, CPR, First Aid required; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to walk the jobsite for long periods; lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction.
• Support case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
• Foster trust with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers for optimal care and communication.
• Serve as a psychosocial support resource using a peer support model for site personnel.
• Lead injury prevention initiatives, including stretch and flex programs and ergonomic coaching.
• Document patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Keep on-site medical facility clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Collaborate with jobsite safety teams by supporting orientations and trainings.
