Job summary

WorldClinic, Inc is seeking a Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) to support jobsite workers with injury prevention and on-site medical care. This role is stationed at Defuniak Springs, FL, requiring 10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $23 per hour.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in emergency or occupational medicine, BLS/CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver’s license. EMT/NREMT preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Must be able to walk jobsite up to 5 hours daily.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and administer first aid under provider direction.
• Provide on-site medical support and care coordination.
• Document patient interactions in the EHR system.
• Lead injury prevention and ergonomic coaching programs.
• Collaborate with safety teams for orientations and trainings.
