Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting health, safety, and security planning across refining and logistics, including audits, training, investigations, and cross‑unit collaboration.

Qualifications

• Concurrent enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for the duration of the internship experience.
• Strong academic performance.
• On-site 40 hours per week.
• Valid driver’s license for work-related travel.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available for multiple work terms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support health, safety, and security planning across refining and logistics.
• Assist in audits, training, and industrial hygiene activities.
• Participate in incident investigations and emergency preparedness.
• Collaborate with Marathon business units on HES&S projects.
