Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions in Fremont, CA is seeking a Hardware Engineer to support the testing, troubleshooting, and production readiness of servers, networking equipment, and personal computing devices. You will own test environments and work across engineering, operations, and production to ensure reliability and manufacturability.

The engineer will take ownership of test environments, perform verification and scale-testing, investigate hardware failures, and provide hands-on support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with hardware validation, testing, or manufacturing support.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with engineering, production, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot test stations for hardware validation.
• Define tests to validate hardware under real-world conditions.
• Execute verification, performance, and scale tests.
• Investigate hardware failures and determine root causes.
• Support NPI and production ramp-up with hands-on guidance.
• Document test results and corrective actions in reports.
• Provide technical support during pilot builds and production.
