Qualifications

• Fluency in Haitian Creole and English.
• Based in or able to work on-site in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of interpretation experience.
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
• Ability to interpret concepts accurately without omissions or additions.
• Follow interpretation protocols and professional standards.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and cultural concepts.

Responsibilities

• Interpret calls and conversations between Haitian Creole and English speakers accurately and professionally.
• Follow the interpreter's code of conduct and confidentiality requirements.

• Participate in internal training and report to team leader.
