The DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center is seeking an experienced Executive Meetings Manager to join our team on-site. This exempt role focuses on smaller corporate groups and meetings, coordinating sales activities and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will report to the Director of Sales and contribute to strategic plans, relationship building, and delivering successful events across our convention facilities.

Formación

• 4+ years of progressive hotel sales experience or a 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the applicable state.
• Must be skilled in computer applications, hotel sales systems, Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to foster long-term corporate partnerships.
• Effectively communicate with all levels of employees and guests in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Support hotel operations by coordinating with the banquet and events teams.
• Provide direction and ongoing evaluation of operations and event execution.
