Job summary

The Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Groundskeeper for The Links at Fayetteville in Fayetteville, AR. You will support the Community and Maintenance Directors, enjoy on-site housing benefits, and help maintain landscaped grounds and common areas.

Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, trash removal, and operation of landscaping equipment, with an emphasis on safety and timely completion of tasks. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, and snow removal.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, amenities, buildings exterior, parking lots.
• Remove trash from office areas and apartment community daily.
• Operate and maintain garden/landscaping equipment (weed/hedge trimmers).
• Prepare outdoor areas for weather conditions (weatherproofing, cover furniture, secure items).
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance meets resident expectations.
