Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. – Links at Bentonville Golf & Country Club is hiring for an outdoor groundskeeper to support the course maintenance team in Bentonville, AR. The role is primarily outdoors and involves keeping the grounds in excellent condition throughout the year.

You will operate mowers, weed eaters, and other power-driven equipment under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent, performing tasks with care and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of gasoline, diesel, and electric powered equipment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (50+ lbs.).
• 1 year of experience preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate power-driven equipment including mowers and weed eaters.
• General landscaping tasks including mowing and trimming.
• Maintain grounds in a neat and professional manner.
• Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Repetitive lifting and moving heavy objects (50+ lbs.).
• Ability to operate tools, machinery, and equipment, including finger dexterity and use of equipment controls.
• Ability to safely ascend and descend ladders and stairs while carrying equipment.
• Working outdoors in all seasons with varied weather conditions.
• Safely complete work involving possible daily exposure to chemicals and fertilizers with PPE.
• Other tasks as directed by the Superintendent
