Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a Live On-Site Groundkeeper in Colville, WA to maintain the property, perform gardening tasks, irrigation work, and seasonal snow removal. The role uses hand and power tools and supports the organization’s mission in the community.

Requires a High School diploma or GED, ability to lift 50-100 pounds, and a valid Driver’s License with background check. Will follow all policies and HIPAA-related safeguards as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, and axes.
• Driver’s License and ability to drive for work; background check required; pool certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscapes and grounds using hand/power tools; weed, trim, plant, water, fertilize as needed.
• Maintain irrigation systems and perform winterization and start-up in spring.
• Snow removal during winter and pool/spa upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas.
• Adhere to agency policies and protect client information as required.
