Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper at Sycamore Ridge, a 220 unit apartment community in Gainesville, GA. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and appearance, including daily trash removal, landscaping tasks, and snow/ice removal per policy.

Use a digital device for work orders, inspections, and documentation. You will support staff, uphold Fair Housing standards, and participate in safety and property maintenance activities while presenting a professional demeanor to residents

Qualifications

Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions with basic problem-solving.
May require a valid driver’s license and ability to operate property vehicles.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property, including exterior areas and common spaces.
Remove trash, clean around dumpsters, and perform landscaping tasks as needed.
Use a digital device to manage work orders, inspections, and documentation.
Ensure safety and compliance with Fair Housing laws and property policies.
Attend staff meetings and assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
