Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions and apply common sense to problems with a few variables.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to operate maintenance vehicles/UTVs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the property daily.
• Perform landscaping tasks: rake, mulch, weed, and water as needed.
• Remove trash from exterior areas and clean around dumpsters.
• Use a digital device to manage work orders, inspections, and documentation.
• Ensure a safe work environment and report hazards; comply with Fair Housing laws.
