Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Sandy Creek, a 140 unit community in Bryan, TX. You will maintain grounds, perform landscaping tasks, tidy common areas, and assist staff as needed to keep the property safe and welcoming.

Responsibilities include trash removal, snow/ice clearance per policy, proper documentation with our digital device, and adherence to Fair Housing laws while delivering professional service to residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• May require a valid driver's license and ability to operate light vehicles on property.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and exterior maintenance including trash removal and landscaping tasks.
• Common area cleaning and replenishing supplies in offices and common spaces.
• Use digital device to review, update, and manage work orders and inspections.
• Commitment to safety, adherence to Fair Housing laws, and report hazards.
• Attend staff meetings and assist other staff as needed.
