Job summary

Dominium Inc in Minnesota is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the property's cleanliness, safety, and appearance. Duties include daily trash removal, landscaping tasks, sidewalks snow/ice removal, and ensuring safe, well‑kept exterior areas.

You will use a digital device to manage work orders, inspections, and documentation; attend staff meetings; and support staff as needed. A valid driver's license and ability to operate light vehicles may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English and follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense to instructions and problems with limited variables.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate light vehicles per property requirements.

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance: walk property daily, remove trash, rake/mulch and weed around trees and landscaped areas; perform snow/ice removal per policy.
• Clean and maintain common areas; empty trash, wipe fixtures, mop floors, replenish supplies.
• Use digital device to review, update, and manage work orders; document tasks and inspections.
• Ensure safety and compliance; report hazards and adhere to Fair Housing laws.
• Maintain professional conduct and attend staff meetings; assist staff with other duties as assigned.
