Qualifications

• Proven track record coordinating multiple trades on heavy civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Review site plans, conditions, and grading scope to plan work.
• Coordinate and schedule manpower and equipment to meet project milestones.
• Ensure safety regulations (OSHA/AEDC) are enforced and understood by crew.
• Attend pre-construction and client meetings and communicate progress.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors to maintain schedule and quality.
• Monitor daily production, adjust resources, and report progress to PM.
