Job summary

PCI Productions LLC in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Government Shipping and Logistics Technician (Property Specialist III) to manage, track, and care for NASA artifacts and exhibits for the Marshall Space Flight Center.

This 100% on-site role requires strict property control under FAR 52.245-1 and NFS 1852.245-71; forklift certification is preferred. You will prepare shipping documents, perform inventory counts, and assist with event setups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in appropriate area of specialization from an accredited college or university.
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience.
• Forklift Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform property self-assessments and maintain Property Management System.
• Handle Government Property administration per FAR/NFS requirements.
• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and related paperwork.
• Care, storage, and maintenance of artifacts.
• Plan maintenance and damage mitigation for the collection.
• Document property out on loan; track assets.
• Generate management and customer reports; interface with stakeholders.
• Assist with event setups and outreach activities on-site.
