BlueGrace Logistics is seeking an Government Services Account Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day government freight accounts, ensuring reliability, compliance, and precise reporting. You will build and sustain a vetted carrier network and oversee award go‑lives, lane operations, and end‑to‑end growth.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in logistics, freight operations, or supply chain preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with FourKites or Project44 a plus.
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication; accurate data entry.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail; precision matters in government reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems and tools.
• Available to work Monday–Friday in office, with occasional evening/weekend email monitoring.
• HS diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Business a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a dedicated network of vetted, high‑performing truckload carriers for government and strategic accounts.
• Maintain carrier performance and compliance scorecards; review KPIs and address performance gaps.
• Manage carrier contact records, equipment data, and driver information with high accuracy in the TMS.
• Support trailer pool management processes and related technology tools.
• Own award go‑lives end‑to‑end, coordinating across internal teams and carrier partners.
• Track tendered volumes, shipment cadence, and award commitments against contractual obligations; flag deviations.
• Maintain route guides, facility records, and contact information for shippers and consignees across all customer sites.
• Monitor real‑time shipment tracking via FourKites and Project44 to ensure visibility of government freight.
• Identify and resolve daily operational exceptions; escalate when a shipment or carrier relationship is at risk.
• Follow up with carriers to collect PODs, invoices, and required documentation within timeframes.
• Maintain accurate shipment, equipment, and tender records; learn and apply customer KPIs.
• Generate and distribute operational reports and lane performance summaries as required.
