Job summary

Fervo Energy is inviting a Construction Intern to spend the summer on-site at Cape Station, Milford, UT, working closely with the team managing day-to-day construction of an active geothermal facility. You’ll tackle real fieldwork, with real deadlines, not a desk job.

The 12-week program culminates in presenting your results to executive leadership and fellow interns, offering a real seat at the table and a potential path toward full-time opportunities in geothermal construction and project

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, adapt quickly to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day on-site construction management activities.
• Assist with QA/QC documentation and inspections.
• Participate in safety walk-throughs and support HSE compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and track material deliveries.
• Help maintain project schedules and progress tracking.
