Fervo Energy invites a Construction Intern to join our Cape Station project in Milford, Utah. You’ll work on-site with the construction team, gaining real field experience managing daily activities, coordinating with contractors, and supporting QA/QC and safety efforts during a 12-week summer term.

You’ll present your work to leaders and fellow interns at the end of the program, demonstrating real results and potential for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day construction management activities on-site
• Assist with QA/QC documentation and inspections
• Participate in safety walk-throughs and support HSE compliance efforts
• Coordinate with contractors and track material deliveries
• Help maintain project schedules and progress tracking
