Job summary

Fervo Energy seeks a Construction Intern for the Cape Station site in Milford, UT. You'll join the on-site team to assist with day-to-day construction management, QA/QC documentation, safety walks, and coordinating with contractors.

This 12-week summer program offers real fieldwork, deadlines, and a presentation to leadership at the end. We look for rising juniors or seniors pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, strong communication, initiative, and adaptability, and comfort working in PPE

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day construction management activities on-site
• Assist with QA/QC documentation and inspections
• Participate in safety walk-throughs and support HSE compliance efforts
• Coordinate with contractors and track material deliveries
• Help maintain project schedules and progress tracking
