Postcard Cabins in Running Springs, CA is seeking an On-site General Manager to lead operations for the Big Bear property. You will drive guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and brand initiatives, reporting to Hotel Equities. A $1500 sign-on bonus and housing are provided to support a smooth start.

You will manage a leadership team, leverage sales engines, and engage with local officials to grow revenue and market share while delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a hotel environment.
• Impeccable results in Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton or similar brand.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L review and budgeting.
• Working knowledge of M3, ADP and One Yield.
• Well organized, detail oriented and able to work independently.
• Excellent guest service and employee satisfaction focus.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property operations and guest/employee satisfaction strategy.
• Oversee HR, finance, sales and revenue generation.
• Ensure brand service strategy and initiatives are executed.
