Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance or repair experience.
• A combination of related education, experience, and training may be used as an equivalent to the above Minimum Qualifications.
• Knowledge of building and equipment maintenance/repair methods and techniques.
• Knowledge of hand and electrical tools, as well as larger machinery.
• Reads and understands technical manuals and drawings.
• Communicates effectively.

Responsibilities

• 35% - Corrective Maintenance: Performs general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance, responds to service requests and repair needs.
• Responds promptly to service calls dispatched through radio, text, or CMMS.
• Evaluates maintenance issues and coordinates with skilled trades when repairs exceed general maintenance.
• Adheres to safety requirements and PPE.
• Supports accident prevention and safety training.
