Qualifications

• Must be able to travel up to 10%.
• GG 2+ years of teaching or training experience.
• Must acquire AJP (gemology & JMA) within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• In-person instruction for classes and seminars.
• Oversee accredited vocational programs and provide education to students seeking careers in gem and jewelry industry.
• Teaches assigned classes and manages delivery of content per guidelines.
• Manage class setup and maintain workstation cleanliness and equipment.
• Handles attendance, assessments, posting grades, and documentation.
• Evaluates students and tracks progress, engaging with learners.
• Responds to student questions and participates in orientation/graduation activities as needed.
• May travel and teach at other locations or work shifts as needed.
• Stays current with industry trends and meets professional development requirements.
