Qualifications

• Associate degree with technical emphasis or equivalent experience.
• Three years’ experience in natural gas and/or electric utility operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project or business management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in natural gas and/or electric utility operations including two years of supervisory or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees to ensure workplace safety, productivity, teamwork, and compliance with safety and environmental policies and regulations.
• Provides work direction and resources, manages performance and productivity, and leads department efficiency and improvement efforts.
• Provides training, evaluations, documentation and ensures qualifications remain up to date for covered tasks.
• Ensures excellent customer service with external customers and developers while coordinating projects and resolving requests and complaints.
• Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
