• Direct and supervise field teams responsible for the installation, removal, repair and replacement of gas mains and services.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, environmental laws and PSC guidelines.
• Maintain safe, timely, and efficient installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of gas mains, services and distribution equipment.
• Adhere to safety standards set by OSHA and US DOT and follow engineering plans and regulatory requirements.

Job description

The Operating Supervisor will be responsible for directing and supervising field forces for the physical installation, removal, repair and replacement of gas mains and services in compliance with operating procedures, environmental laws and Public Service Commission (PSC) guidelines. Ensure the safe, timely and efficient installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of gas mains, services and associated distribution equipment of varying pressure and composition in accordance with operating procedures, engineering plans and requirements of regulatory agencies, including all safety standards set by OSHA and US DOT.
